Solidaritet är en ömsesidig sak. Det finns ingen ensidig solidaritet - då är det välgörenhet eller maktlystnad. Men solidaritet är ändå inte samma sak som vänskap. Och inte detsamma som förståelse. Solidaritet är att vi ställer upp för varandra och ställer krav på varann, även om vi inte gillar varann särskilt mycket eller ens förstår varandra.
